You must be 18 or older, or buying with the permission of a parent or guardian. By placing an order you confirm the payment you send is yours to use.

Each listing describes exactly what you receive: a personal login, a shared account, or a licence key, along with the device limit and the length of the plan.

Personal plans are for one named user. Shared plans are the same service used by a small number of people, which is why they cost less.

Plans are sold for personal use unless the listing says business. Reselling a personal plan is not allowed.

All prices are in Bangladeshi taka and include VAT. Prices can change when the supplier changes them, but the price shown when you order is the price you pay.

Payment is accepted through bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card. Your order is confirmed once we verify the payment and the transaction ID you share.

Most orders are delivered inside 3 office hours. Office hours are 10:30 AM to 12:30 AM BD time.

Credentials or activation instructions are sent to the contact you used to order. Keep them safe — they are the proof the plan reached you.

Use the product the way the provider intends. Changing account details, moving a login to another person, or using more devices than the listing allows can break the plan, and that is not something we can fix for free.

Do not use a purchased account for anything illegal, and do not resell a personal plan.

We keep your order, payment reference and delivery record so we can honour a warranty claim. We do not sell your contact details.

Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your login or payment.

If we update these terms, the version on this page is the one that applies to new orders. Older orders keep the terms that were in force when they were placed.
